First login & the tour
Get your bearings — the home screen, the app launcher, global search and the AI concierge that ties it all together.
The first time you sign in, Quelixa drops you on the home screen: a live overview of your business with the apps you've enabled, recent activity, and anything that needs your attention.
The anatomy of the workspace#
- The app launcher
The grid icon, top-left, opens every app you have access to. Apps are grouped by function — Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Services and Productivity. Star the ones you use most to pin them.
- Global search
Press / anywhere to search across records — a customer, an invoice number, a product — and jump straight to it.
- The concierge
The chat bubble, bottom-right, is Nova — your AI concierge. Ask it questions in plain language ("what did we invoice last month?") and it answers from your live data.
- Your profile & settings
Top-right is your avatar: switch theme, manage your account, and — if you're an admin — reach workspace settings.

The concierge is the fastest way to learn Quelixa. Rather than hunting through menus, ask:

Nova drafts actions and shows you exactly what it will do. Nothing is posted, sent or paid until you confirm. Nova · Aurora Concierge actions are part of the Aurora edition.
Light and dark#
Quelixa ships dark by default. Toggle to the light theme from your profile menu — the choice is remembered per device.
