Creating a workspace provisions a dedicated, isolated database for your company and a URL of the form your-name.quelixa.com. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Sign up#
- Open the sign-up page
Go to quelixa.com/signup and sign up with your work email and a password.
- Choose a starting plan
Start with the free trial, pick an all-in plan, or bring a per-user selection you built on the pricing page.
- Tell us who you are
Enter your company name, the country whose chart of accounts and tax rules you want, and the owner account's email and password.
- Claim your address
Your address becomes your subdomain —
acmegives youacme.quelixa.com. Choose something short; you can map a custom domain later from the portal.
Behind the scenes Quelixa creates your isolated database, loads the localized chart of accounts and tax rules for your market, and seeds demo-free defaults so you start with a clean book.
Data regions#
Choosing a region is not part of self-service sign-up. If you have data-residency requirements, contact us before creating your workspace.

A workspace's region is fixed at creation for data-residency reasons. To move regions you export and re-import into a new workspace — so choose deliberately.
