Creating a workspace provisions a dedicated, isolated database for your company and a URL of the form your-name.quelixa.com. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Sign up#
- Open the sign-up page
Go to quelixa.com/signup. You can sign up with email, or continue with Google or Microsoft for single sign-on from day one.
- Name your workspace
The name becomes your subdomain —
acmegives youacme.quelixa.com. Choose something short; you can map a custom domain later from the portal. - Pick your region
Data is stored in the region you select. Choose the one closest to your team for the lowest latency, and the one that matches your compliance needs (EU, UK, GCC, and more).
- Choose a starting plan
Start on a free trial of any edition. You can change edition or apps at any time — billing prorates automatically.
Behind the scenes Quelixa creates your isolated database, loads the localized chart of accounts and tax rules for your market, and seeds demo-free defaults so you start with a clean book.

A workspace's region is fixed at creation for data-residency reasons. To move regions you export and re-import into a new workspace — so choose deliberately.
