Invite your team
Add people to your workspace, assign roles, and control exactly what each person can see and do.
Quelixa is built for teams. Add colleagues, give them a role, and they get a tailored view with access to only the apps and data they need.
Invite people#
- Open user management
Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users and choose Invite.
- Enter their email
Add one address or paste several at once. Each person receives an email to set their password or sign in with SSO.
- Assign a role
Pick a role per app — for example Accountant in Accounting, Salesperson in Sales. Roles bundle the right permissions so you don't manage them one by one.
Roles & access rights#
Access in Quelixa works on two levels:

Give people the minimum role that lets them do their job, then widen it if needed. It's easier to grant access than to discover someone saw something they shouldn't have.
Sensitive data#
Some data — payroll, bank details, margins — is restricted to specific roles regardless of app access. Admins can review who can see what under Settings → Users → Access Rights at any time.
On business plans you can enforce SSO (Google, Microsoft or SAML) so team members never set a separate password and you control access centrally from your identity provider.
