Sales
From first lead to signed order to paid invoice — CRM, quotations and point of sale on one timeline.
The Sales apps move a deal from interest to income. A lead becomes an opportunity, an opportunity becomes a quotation, a confirmed quotation becomes an order — and an order becomes an invoice in Finance without re-keying a thing.
Guides in this section#
Run the pipeline — leads, opportunities, activities and forecasting.
Quote online, confirm to orders, and flow to delivery and billing.
Sell in person on the same catalogue and books.
What's in Sales#
| App | What it does | | --- | --- | | CRM | Pipeline, leads and opportunities with activities and forecasting. | | Quotations & Orders | Send branded quotes online; confirm to orders that flow to invoicing and delivery. | | Point of Sale | Fast in-person selling that posts to the same books. |
The order-to-cash flow#
- Capture the lead
Leads arrive from your site, an import or by hand, and land in the CRM pipeline.
- Quote
Build a quotation; the customer reviews and accepts it online.
- Confirm to order
An accepted quote becomes a sales order — the trigger for delivery and invoicing.
- Invoice & deliver
Invoice from the order and, for stocked goods, hand off to Inventory for fulfilment.
The customer, the product, the price and the tax are the same records Finance and Supply Chain use. There is no export step between selling something and accounting for it.
